Used Blue/ecru a4q manual

For those of you looking for a decent deal on a used A4Q, I saw one on
either Auto Trader or EPage.  Don;t remember, but here's the info:

1997 A4 Quattro, 5-speed manual, Europa Blue/Ecru Leather, 3000 mi, loaded
take over lease at $450/month for 36 months.  #215-923-5230. (Philly area) 

Not sure if it is 36 more months or a three year lease.  All Disclaimers apply.
