Thanks Chad, 

Sheffiel Corey also responded saying he has exactly the same condition. 
At least I feel better knowing that mine isn't the only one, and that it is
probably nothing to worry about.  I will still go ahead with the Redline
oil to see if I get rid of some notchy shifting from 1st to 2nd when cold.
