Thanks for the advice, I'm new to the list. I sold my 84 4000 Quattro after
it was hit by a car running a stop sign. I'm driving the wife's old
caravan, and am suffering serious withdrawal. I've got an upcoming business
trip to Europe. What is the S8 - is that the manual version with the V12
engine? Also, supposing I pick one up, is there any way to register it in
Callifornia
