UrQ Oddity.

Driving my beloved UrQ this weekend, it seems to have learned something new.

In the lower 2 gears, it pulls strong. In the last 3 gears, under boost, 
in the higher rpms, it seems to faulter...almost like hitting its fuel wall.

I know it needs a filter...for about a year now. Is that still the 
problem or is this something common?
