Re: ur-q Handling

I have (unintentionally) had two spins in an ur-q both times were
during lift throttle conditions, no braking, just lifting up on the
throttle. Both times the conditions were slippy, snow and ice the
first time, standing water the second. I've tried analysing what
happened on both occasions and believe the only way I would have
recovered was to get back on the power. Applying opposite lock only
made the car more unstable and created a pendulum motion from which
there was no return. Is getting back on the throttle the right thing
     to do?

     FWIW this was in a non-Torsen ur-q.

     Regards, Mike
