oil temp - 200Q

Agreed.  The one example known personally to me (Roger Galvin's car) has _no_ 
oil thermostat, but the USA and other parts of the world have different 
engines.  I would not be surprised to find an oil thermostat on a 200q - 
especially an older one.

The WR, GV, WX, MB, RR and KW engines don't seem to.

Absolutely.  Any 100c water thermostat for any application.
