When you're driving the car, it sounds as if the sound comes from right
front corner.  But it's not stuck brakes (because there's no burning
smell) and it's not wheel bearing, because the whine/growl usually
disappers (at least for me) after several minutes of driving.

If, while driving, you tilt your head to the right (with your right
ear pointing downwards), you'd be able to feel the sound coming directly
from below.
