If one was to get either the Cibie or the Hella Optical aiming machine and
"CORRECTLY" aim the euros, by definition, this IS a problem.  If one looks at
the euro pattern, it was designed to help Phil see the countryside at night,
not for passing trucks on the highway.  One of the reasons why euro beam
patterns are NOT legal in the USA.  If you aim euros by eye, chances are you
don't have them right.  Unfortunately, there are only a few of the opitcal
aimers here in the states.
