The Lexus LS400 had an air suspension option for a few years that
automatically dropped the car an inch below ride height at 45mph for lower
high speed air resistance and lower CG.  Using a dash switch, it could also
be manually raised to a high position an inch above ride height at low
speeds for more ground clearance.  I got one stuck in B.C., hit the high
switch and drove off (it high centered on the floorpan).  I believe the air
suspension was recently dropped.
