urQ: Hydraulic System Issues

I noticed that I'm getting a bit of a leak either on the steering rack or the 
brake booster on the '83 urQ.  I had heard that a rebuild kit for the brake 
booster was available, but I've never confirmed it or gotten further details.
Anyone have any experiences with rebuilding either part?  I know that it will
be tough to find a brake booster on the shelf ... what about steering racks,
are they available rebuilt?  Anyone want to hazard a guess at which is at 
fault?  TIA!

While considering the whole system last night I was thinking about la bamba.
I think I'm going to adopt a policy of relieving the system pressure (by 
pressing the brake pedal a bunch of times) after I shut the car down ... 
especially if I think the car will be sitting for a while.  This would allow 
me to check the fluid level, and I'll bet the lack of system pressure will 
give extra life from the pressure accumulator.  Any thoughts on this one?
