Gtech/Pro meter

Folks,
There has been mention of the Gtech meter in the last few days on the
list. I visited their web site (thanks to Peter Henriksen for address)
to see what its all about. I have more or less decided to buy one. My
question is the price.....on Gtech's web page it says 139.95USD for new
model (plus post). Can it be purchased elsewhere for less? Also, a
friend lives in the Baltimore area. Where would the nearest place for
him to purchase the meter on my behalf? I'd like to give him the names
of a few shops with their phone numbers if possible.
