Looking for 100 Euro Aero info

Finally getting around to replating my Euro reflectors. Put Al's DOT spares
in today so I don't scare small children over the next month (thanks Al!),
started taking them apart. Had been told (and I believed) by the platers I
talked with that the reflector buckets were plastic. Well, the chrome
surrounds are, but the buckets themselves are metal. Is this different than
anyone else's?  Al???

The Bosch number on the buckets and the housing body are  0 301 066 111 and
112.  The lens pn are 0305 620 524 and 525. 

All I have for connectors is an old stock 1984 - 4 pot wiring harness with
plastic connectors... It has done well, but I plan on 55/80s in the future,
possibly 80/100s with relays either way. Is there a pn on ceramic
connectors, or a source that won't ask for my firstborn male? (Hey, if this
wasn't a budget job I'd be running 500.00 brandie new ones...).

Finally, did anyone get a pn on adjuster parts?  Al, did you just glue yers
back together? I only broke one of the fingers off one, so its salvageable.
Good thing the surrounds just kinda sit in there - thier mounting tabs
didn't fare so well...

Sure wish there was an easy way to clean them DOT insides, the film on the
lens is incredible (sigh).
