Yer throttle switch is going south. If yer an electrician type, pop the
switch apart and replace the microswitch. If yer not, pay 60.00 fer a new
one. Then buy a cheapo dwell meter, hook it to the test connection for the
freq valve and set yer fuel mixture (need a long 3 mm alloen wrench too).
Make sure all yer possible air leaks are fixed. THEN you can set the idle...
