The last time they checked this out under warranty
and they didn't find anything. This time I paid them
$44 (labor) and they didn't find anything.

The battery was already showing signs, 2 weeks
before it failed. But up to that time, it showed no
symptoms (weak start, flickering/dim lights) of a
charging system problem. This is a maintenance
free battery with no means to add water but it does
have a vent nipple, even though it's not vented
(ie under the hood). My long lasting batteries in
the past, were vented batteries that I was able to
add water to??

Anyone know who Autobahn, OEM's there batteries
from?
