Give me a little time, I will try this to  do a more comprehensive post
this weekend...

Don't have the foggiest idea, it's probably the same as trying to predict
the next big earth quake (we Californians are very sensitive about that
subject!), you can come-up with all the scientific evidence you want but,
(I am still convinced) when the next big quake is going to happen, it is
still going to be a big surprise....
