... yes the new Porsches have an actuator to raise the panel above a cer-
tain speed to improve the aerodynamics, the first car that I saw with that 
feature in the US was the VW Corrado ... It's kinda reminiscent of Hans 
Stuck's aerodynamic device he used to put in the back window of his Trans 
Am car ... ;-)
