I think I figured it out.

Paul says: 	His 9020v came with 195/60-14 (therefore 23.2 dia)
Bob says: 	His 9020v runs with 205/45-16 (therefore 23.3 dia)
Bob says: 	With 50s they rub
Bob means: 	With 205/50-_16_ they rub (therfore 24.1 0.8 bigger)
Paul wants: 	What size tires for my 15" wheels?
Glenn says: 	For 15", 205/50-15 are right (therefore 23.1)
Bob says:	If you want 50s you need to stay with 15"
Therefore:	WE ALL AGREE

Now, different subject

Glenn says:	His CQ20v came with 205/60-15 (therefore 24.7 dia)
Glenn wants:	To upgrade to 16
Glenn thinks:	That 225/50-16 will work (since 24.9 dia)

Glenn surmises:	There is more room underneath a CQ20v than a 9020v
