#1 The cruise control, 
 seems like the vacuum vents unnecessarily-- for no apparent
reason.  "forgets" to hold full pressure, and finally (30
seconds-2 minutes) 

Check the switch at the shifter. It can get really ornery (technical term)
and sensitive. I've considered disconnecting mine...


#12 Odometer is broken. Should I look at repair, or just replace? As I
imagine
VDO parts ain't too cheap. 

Yank it out and have a look. Mine just needed the gear pressed back into
place. Next time it's out I'll use some sooper glue or whatever.
BIG TIP! Last time mine went blooey I was reseting the trip. Automotion
(Porche) catalog suggests to avoid reseting trip while moving, waiting until
stationary.
