Did it have quattro? No? Then I wouldnt trade it for my car yet. :)

Someone wrote into Autoweek about that "refined" V8. Something like "Why 
a pushrod V8? This is the 90's not the 50's. If I wanted a truck, Id buy 
a truck..."
