Window Switches for 5K

         
     Does anyone know of an easy way to open up the window switches on 
     an '87 5KCSTQ?  I want to try and clean the switches because 
     sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.  I tried taking 
     apart an old switch and almost destroyed it in the process.  
     There's got to be an easier way.
