I could be wrong, but I don't think Mass. does the under-25
thing. When I moved to MA, I had my old 84 Quantum. I don't
recall what I was paying for insurance (I was 23 or 24 at the
time). In '94 I bought a Saturn SL-2, and my insurance for the
past 2 years has been $750 (last year) and $690 (this year).

I asked for a quote on the 1.8Tq I've got on order, and I was
told that it would be around $1000 (Trust Ins).

The things that seem to make a difference are where you live (I'm
in a very low area crimewise) and what your STEP rating is
(mine's 9).
