Dan,

	Wow, over $5000!!!  Then again, don't feel like the Lone Ranger.  
I have USAA insurance and from my exp. they have been really cheap.  (Who 
else would ensure a 16 year old driver on a totally restored '66 Mustang 
for $120 every six months?)  But alas, those days are gone.  I called 
the other day to find out what insurance on a 97 Audi A4 1.8Q would be.  
I have never had an accident, never had a ticket, and never even had a 
parking ticket.  They told me $2300 a year!  What do I have against me?  
(excluding the obvious planet thing, of course).  I'm only 21 (otherwise 
classified as "under 25"), am unmarried (but that will be corrected REAL 
soon...) and live in MA.  Oh joy!  So, if you get a good price on a old 
American car, let me know, I'll be right behind you...
