Here is the update:

As I expected, and partially at my insistence, Family Day has again
taken
posession of the Sunday Feb 2nd date. If they had postponed, as was
possible, we would probably given up the Feb 16 date. I'm hoping that
date has better conditions for us.

Forecasts of anywhere from 4 to 12 inches snow tonite and potentials for
lots more Thursday make it the obvious choice. Family day is snow
oriented.

SO... we still have the originally scheduled Saturday, Feb 1. But what
about all the snow, you may well ask???

Well, our only hope is that winds will blow most of it away from the
lake
surface. It's happened before. That means a plow will be needed to
gain
access to the lake surface and break up any drifts that will occur on
the
lake. Mark Formel has offered to bring his plow at 7AM for this task.

My forecast?? We'll be at the lake bright and early Saturday, busting
our backs getting things ready.

The pylons are in my portable shed, the Big Blue Buick wagon, at the
lake.

Please touch bases with my answering machine Friday Nite (I'll be out
with Mark and Pete, possibly stopping by the lake, so don't expect me to
answer or reply).

Need directions? They're in another email you should be receiving.

On the Web try MAPQUEST and look up lakeway drive.
