Re[2]: Fuel Pump Bees

My fuel pump buzzed for two years and finally dropped dead
yesterday. Just keep in mind that where ever it dies is where
you'll be stuck. My wife was lucky, it died in front of a repair
station just a 1/2 mile from home. The price of my new pump
(#443 906 087 BB) was $176 from SPI. Tell them you "saw it on the
     web" for the added discount.

P.S. I was going replace it myself on Saturday but "Surfs Up" and
for only $87 in labor I'll let the mechanic do it while I spend
my day at the beach. Sunny skies and 80 degrees in LA - I just
     hate these harsh winters.

Hairy green toads from Mars made John Russell say:

I think they can be had for less than $200 if you shop around.
I got a Bosch unit for $189 (I think) when mine went belly up.
New filters are about $5-$10, about an hour's labor.
