I would have to agree here. A friend of mine tried to use the SCCA
method in court and lost. Judge said that was nice for a race car but
this is a street car...... I once drove a Firehawk car from RoadAmerica
back to my old Race shop in St. louis with dealer tags on it. Now IMSA
Firehawk rules require mufflers and Resonable sound levels (I still wore
earplugs!) and yes twice on the trip I was stopped and givin warnings for
excessive noise, eventhough the car was IMSA legal.
