No.
The fan should run *only* when the following occur:
--AC on
--Radiator Temp (Two speeds, controlled by thermoswitch in lower 
left of radiator)
--After run (limited to 10-15 minutes)  Operates when underhood temp 
is over ~ 185F.

Do I have any suggestion?  Nope, just trace wires...My guess is the 
timer circuit on the After Run side.  But, ain't broke, don't fix it.
