RE: Tougher licensing = Safety Fast?



I too have thought about this very thing. We could use color codes for
ease of identification. Of course when I was talking about this idea
with an officer friend of mine he said "What if someone borrows your
car?". Okay,
so the sticker has to be removable - still not a problem.
