RE: Tougher licensing = Safety Fast?



Here is the question: why should somebody have a say in how fast am I to go 
(except my parents of course)?? 

Here are some more:
Why must we be color coded?? 
Ever read "Brave New World" by Hukxley (Sp??)?? 

Appeal to common sense, education, and higher intelectual and emotional 
states, not to greater policing and segregation!
