Folks,
Does anybody have data indicating Audi's sales in the US during the 80's
and 90's? I recall reading that in '96 Audi again cracked 20K units for
the first time since '86. By comparison, I understand BMW exceeded 100K
units. It would be great if somebody had worldwide data too, as I recall a
post that stated the A4 exceed the BMW 3xx series worldwide in 96. Ideal
would be data by model...as somebody must track VIN serial numbers!
I think this data will answer the question as to why we Audi drivers are so
polite to each other....because we drive rare automobiles in the USA!
