Yup - it's LHD only, at least on the ur-quattro.  On RHD ur-quattros, the MC is 
mounted backwards on top of the steering column.  There are no hex (Allen) 
bolts - they're normal 10mm hex head screws and nuts.  The issue is stopping 
the nut rotating - you have to either drop the pedal block _completely_, or 
laboriously assemble a 1/4" drive 10mm socket, 15mm extension and T-bar piece 
by piece on each of the nuts.

I think the kit list is about complete, with a minor selection of screwdrivers.
