Yep, but removing the housing ain't all that easy. Ya gotta
drill/cut/whatever out a bolt holding the column to the dashframe. Fun.

Yep, my $140 Bentley is worthless for this repair, but my $10.99 Haynes
walks you thru step by step. Gotta have that _exact_ dimension or
you'll have holes all over the place to replace the dumn cylinder.

Yes, the plastic switch itself is behind the cylinder, all you have to
do to get to it is remove the bottom portion of the dash. Relatively
easy...
