You mean to say "... by the lawyers and for the lawyers...", substitute 'people' only where money to retain lawyers is not an issue. Not everyone can finance an O.J. style defence. And who has the ear of the President? Those who can pay $50k/plate meal ticket at a gala ball. This isn't a "holier than thou" e-mail.... this sort of thing is rampant everywhere. Practice vs. Theory.... politics... not for this q-list.
