When you refer to "wiper switch in the intermittent position," do you
mean: wiper STALK 1 "CLICK" UP(or position #1)? My stalk has no on/off
switch in(on the end of) the stalk, there is only: up 1 click for
intermittent, 2 clicks for slow, and 3 clicks(or position #3) for fast.
If yes, that's what you mean, then to "place the wiper switch in the
intermittent position and turn it to off" is to: move the stalk up 1
position, "click," and then move it back down to off by "clicking" the
stalk downwards to its off position. Correct?

So to program the length of interval, one would move the stalk up 1
"click" and wait for the desired length of interval to pass and then
move 1 "click" down to the off position. The interval is now programmed
but the wiper is not wiping, so another "click" upwards once more
springs the wiper into action and the rest is history(wiper wipes away
at desired interval).
Is that a correct summation of the theory??? Or does my stalk not talk
the talk, or walk the walk or . . . .
