Re: A4 'Programable' intermittent wiper relay installation

In a message dated 97-02-23 06:31:04 EST, you write:

<< So to program the length of interval, one would move the stalk up 1
"click" and wait for the desired length of interval to pass and then
move 1 "click" down to the off position. The interval is now programmed
but the wiper is not wiping, so another "click" upwards once more
springs the wiper into action and the rest is history(wiper wipes away
 at desired interval).
Is that a correct summation of the theory??? Or does my stalk not talk
the talk, or walk the walk or . . . .

Actually you move the stalk to position 1 and when the wiper is on its return
stroke (before it gets to the PARK position) position stalk to OFF for the
desired period of time, 2-15 sec (maybe 20 sec), then put back into position
1. Takes a little practice, but once you get it down it works great.
