Coexistance With Cats
I REALLY liked Doug Miller's idea about sprinkling red (try: Cayenne)
pepper on and around the vehicle. This results in no permanent harm
to the cat (which after all, is just acting as nature intended it to
do) and should solve your problem.
We frankly have no business trying to liquidate our neighbors' pets,
unless they try to injure us or one of our family. (Having said
that, our neighbor has a rat terrier who has bitten a gent walking
down the street next to me, and who barks continually from his side
of the fence when I'm in the back yard. Thankfully, they take this
"waste of hair" inside inside when he does it. This specific animal,
I think, would qualify for his highest purpose as the object of
target practice....but I have not done, and won't, do it....)
Sadly, the problem is not entirely the cat, it's the owner....same as
people who let their dogs run loose. It's a shame that the animals
pay the penalty, not the folks who own them but fail to care for them.
