Whew, glad I didn't get an Exporer! Seriously, they're build for different
purposes, so the handling isn't supposed to compare. However, after I bought
my 1992 Navajo, I put thicker sway bars and better shocks on it, and it
handled 100% better. Guaranteed that it would slide before it would roll over.
Also, I could take corners at nearly the same speeds I do now in my
90Q20V. Granted that the tires on my 20v suck, but the tires on my Navajo
are BfGoodrich Radial All terrains 31x10.5, which also aren't real low
profile, to say the least. Most sport-ute's come standard with suspension
designed not to upset grocery bags; this doesn't mean you can't improve it.
