Hmmm...green oil?

Yep, that's a little puddle of coolant on the ground under my 86 Coupe.
New rad, all hoses in great shape & dry, overflow tank dry, block & thermo
housing dry. Leaks when under pressure/heat.

Anyone know how it got there?

What't the lifespan of a I5 waterpump and/or gasket--any rules of thumb?
