No. As a consequence of some private email I've received:
* I'm making _NO_ criticism of the content of these posts or their authors. *
And I accept that some may be in an environment that does not grant them
control over the issue. I'll still see the posts in the digest and the
"phil@sievers.com" id is still unfiltered (it's set in my Reply-To id). There
is no implied criticism of _ANY_ individual.
