YAVA!

That stands for Yet Another Virus Alert!

 >>
The FDA, FDIC, and SEC have reported a new virus that is perhaps the
 most dangerous ever encountered yet.

Do not download any email messages with the word "torque" in the
title. Merely receiving this email message (not even reading it!)
can cause a serious computer virus in your car's engine management
computer, resulting in stalling, loss of turbo boost, or dangerously
high idle speeds. Cars without engine chips are also not entirely
immune, and may exhibit other symptoms such as electrical problems,
 leaky shocks, and flat tires.

Please forward this email to every person you know and every bulletin
 board in existence.

I thought this was an obvious scam at first, but my Corvette left me
stranded with a dead battery, my 84 4kq had a flat tire, and only my
V8 was operational. And all this was before this recent thread even
started! So I decided it may be legit and am passing it on.
