Sometimes, mostly not. Usally the wipers go up once and stop.

I guess your feeling really good....

No wiper movement but I get squirting...

Good Point.  I am going to try and take a look at the wires going to
the switch. From what I have heard it sounds like the switch and most likely
the return wire that is connected in the off position. I will also try and pull
the relay and swap it at the dealer.

 This was my brother-in-law's car and he had alot of problems
with the stalk switches. Mostly High Beam. Audi/VW/Bosch must have done another
great design on this one.

Thanks for all the responce I will copy the list on the results since
at least two other people had or are having simular problems.
