So now Delta radio is back in service:
What I did.  Hooked up the 12v transformer, turned on radio.  Display still
read "2 SAFE", but 3 hours later, just "SAFE".  Tried to input code and NO
PROBLEM. I disconnected radio from transformer and installed in car and it
took code right from the start.
