     On my 92 100 CSQW, the outside temp sensor is located behind the front 
     lower plastic grille near center and is easily removed.  It sounds 
     like mine may have the same problem as yours.  It indicates between 
     -40 and -15 degrees C with no correlation to the outside temp.  
     Following the owner's manual procedure for changing from degrees F to 
     degrees C has no effect.  I was told that a new sensor is about $100. 
     Does anyone know of a way to test the sensor.
