No, Jack.  Its refers to disabling the headlight bulb out display in the dash
for those cars so equiped.  Has nothing to to with "accessory on" chime or
auto trans buzzer.  The "accessory on" chime is a relay with built-in speaker
in relay box under driver's side (U.S.) parcel sheldf on my '85 4KQ, not sure
where on other cars.  The chime, if it annoys you, can be disabled by simply
removing it. Can be distinguished from other relays in that it has small
speaker perforations on top.
