Now that you mention it, it all makes sense now. After I installed the
front strut inserts, the rubber boot that came from Blau, was twisted, so
I loosened the top nut to straighten it out. This must be when the slotted
nut came loose as well. I remember it did this as well when I was removing
the old hydraulic piston.
