I had a similar noise coming from the lower A-pillar area which turned out to be related to the speaker in the door.  The dealer fixed this without any problem.  However, the B-pillar seatbelt sounds haven't been corrected yet.  I think I saw a thread some months ago about using double-sided tape but I have tried that yet.
