303 area code, post #2, and CQ advice needed

After sending the first message, I tried the number again, and this time 
it worked.  The gentleman bought the car from an insurance co.  Needs a 
front bumper cover, front valance, drivers-side rearview mirror and a 
windshield.  Red/black 82k with no records.  but $6400 bucks.  The car is 
spoken for, but the guy has until saturday to pick it up, if not, then 
the owner will call me.  Any thoughts on this one?  Hesitant that he 
bought it from an insurance co.  Front collision with a motorcycle.  Why 
way it totalled for this?  Wonder if it has a salvage title???
