Here's my personal bias, with absolutely no evidence to support
it.  On a 1-5 scale, where 1="cheap crap I'd never put in a
car" and 5="stuff that's so incredibly good, it doesn't belong
in a car", Sherwood is a 2, as is Clarion (ok, maybe 2.5).
Denon's a 3.5, which is also where I'd put Kenwood.  Probably
put Sony slightly behind those, then Pioneer, JVC et al squarely
at 3.
