Sean-
According to the 1991 90-series brochure, the 15" six-spoke speedlines 
were standard equipment on the 90 and Coupe Quattro.  The 14"  BBS-style 
lace wheel was optional in conjunction with the all-weather tires on the 
90.  As you said, most of the ones I've seen have the 14" wheels.  
This is for the United States, so Canada spec cars may differ.

As so far as finding some, they are out there, but you'll probably hear 
that they are not worth it.  Better wheels can be had for less money.
