intermittent activation of dynamic oil pressure warnig system light/buzzer

CONDITION:
intermittent activation of dynamic oil pressure warnig light/buzzer
SERVISE SOLUTION:
Replacing 1.8bar(26 psi),.3bar(4.3psi)oilpressure switches and rerouting
of wiring to oil pressure gauge.
TEST CONDITION:
*engine oil level OK
*engine oil pressures OK
*time delay control unit p/n 813 919 082 B,
installed on auxiliary relay panel
NOTE:ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PART DEPARTMENT FOR LATEST INFORMATION!!!

-install combination switch,p/n 035 919 561 in place of the .3 bar(4.3
psi)oil pressure switch on cylinder head.
-install 1.8 bar(26 psi)oil pressure switch,p/n 056 919 081 E in place
of the combination switch on oil filter flange
   *do not connect blue/white wire
-using male connector and housing,add a section of wire to the
blue/white wire removed from terminal G of old combination switch on oil
filter flange
-using female connector and housing reconnect blue/white wire to
terminal G of new combination switch on cylinder head
-connect black/blue wire to terminal WK of new combination switch  on
cylinder head
-connect white/gray wire to new 1.8 bar(26 psi)on oil filter flange.
NOTE
ENSURE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH WIRING HARNESSES ARE PROPERLY ROUTED AND
CONNECTED!!!!!
