Wow!...Only 63K on a Florida '87 for $3000! Boy is that bad news for
me....I own an '86 Commemorative Ed. and have 168K on digital dash's
odometer...all in New England. :(

Depends on cash available....if money "no option," get a "Z" rated
tire!

Yes, I had mine replaced at 105K. Unfortunately I had it done at the
same time as an alternator and mechanic did not break down parts and
labor on receipt, so I cannot give you price on part(or labor, though
prolly not that much).

If it is really below average, have freon checked, but beware: these
A/C units don't work that well to begin with.

I assume Red leather, but am wondering about white mirrors?...rear
discs?...2.3 liter?....If yes to all, you will have a blast, but I
didn't know Comm. Ed.s were available in '87.

You will(I think) learn not only to "live with," but to like...I think
it has much greater staying power than the "old fashioned" analog
gauges. I am almost always in favor of analog gauges, but the ones Audi
used in the 4K/Coupe series are not nearly as modern and impressive
looking as the digital ones and from what I read, fail!

Don't blame ya! Good Luck, ya lucky b@#t$rd! E-mail me with questions
if you have any and so desire...I also have all receipts and have been
through most everything. :(
p.s. If you need to sell for some unfortunate and unforseen reason,
contact me!
